Salmon Gravlax Open Sandwich

Salmon Gravlax Open Sandwich

Salmon Gravlax is a dry marinade that is simple, easy and brings out great flavours in the salmon

All you need is:
Thin slices of fresh salmon
3T white sugar
3T salt

mix the sugar and salt together and use this to coat the salmon.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours

Wash off the dry marinade with water.

For the open sandwich I used,
1 slice french bread stick
1 leaf of fancy lettuce
sliced cucumber
sliced tomato
cream cheese
radish cress

Remember you can use any sandwich ingredients you want :)
This is just an idea from what I used

What I ate for Dinner!

Stir Fry Beans with Chili

Get your greens with this yummy meal!

I love green vegetables because they are full of essential vitamins.

Personally, I love to have chili in my diet when I'm sick or it has cold weather because I feel like they warm me up as they have a big kick on the palate. :)
